• Develop and execute a Territory plan • Manage end-to-end commercial relationships • Build trust and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Monitor and report on commercial performance • Lead installation and configuration of Sim&Cure products • Provide on-site and remote support • Collaborate with healthcare IT teams • Analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions • Collaborate with Marketing and Training & Education teams to deliver hands-on trainings
• 5+ years experience in Medical Device or Health Tech Sales/Commercial Experience • Proven experience in medical device sales, particularly in interventional neuroradiology, neurosurgery, or endovascular specialties • Account management and territory planning experience • Direct experience with RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations • Hands-on experience with technical product deployments in a clinical setting • Experience supporting product installations, troubleshooting, and working with hospital IT teams • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, especially in the angiography suite or cath lab • Experience supporting or managing industry (B2B) relationships – especially with medtech manufacturers or distributors • Background in coordinating trainings, events, and educational programs • Bachelor's degree (Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business, or similar) required
