📋 Description

• Build responsive, accessible websites from Figma designs using modern development practices • Collaborate with designers on feasibility, animations, and balancing brand expression with engineering efficiency • Build sites using traditional CMS platforms including WordPress and Drupal • Build sites using headless CMS setups including Sanity and Contentful • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility • Optimize websites for performance and WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards • Conduct quality assurance and cross-browser testing throughout the project lifecycle • Partner with designers and strategists to develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing websites

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in an agency environment • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js • Experience with Git/version control • Experience with traditional CMS platforms: WordPress and Drupal • Experience with headless CMS workflows: Sanity and Contentful • Strong understanding of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and SEO best practices • Portfolio demonstrating technical capability and creative sensibility • Portfolio required to be considered • Comfortable engaging directly with designers and contributing to the creative process • Experience with React or Vue is a plus
