📋 Description
• Fine-tuning of SLMs according to needs • Implementation of agents and integrations as required • Implementation of multi-LLM routing • Preparation of technical and business documentation • Knowledge transfer • Cost–benefit analysis
🎯 Requirements
• PhD in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or related fields • Experience in Python development • Version control with GIT • Ability to write modular code • Organize projects into folders, functions and classes • Prior knowledge/experience in fine-tuning SLMs • Knowledge of Transformer architectures and Generative AI • Evaluation and observability (model evaluation, monitoring) • Practical knowledge of LLMs beyond casual use
