📋 Description

• Interface directly with institutional clients daily • Run hedge analyses as needed • Contribute to the development and maintenance of valuation models aligned with industry best practices and changing client needs • Interface with colleagues across multiple teams to explain methodologies and support integration • Provide trading recommendations to clients, primarily in mortgage servicing rights • Contribute to the development and maintenance of analytics models and related data systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or business administration or equivalent level of education and experience • 3+ years of professional experience in an analyst level role • Understanding of interest rate derivatives required • Experience with a programming language such as VBA, Python, C++ or SQL • Strong verbal and written communication skills required • CFA, FRM, or Series 65 license nice to have
