📋 Description

• Support loan transactions from approval through funding and post-closing activities • Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and transaction coordination • Complete due diligence, regulatory, and procedural reviews • Order and review lien searches, credit reports, insurance, tax, and third-party reports • Prepare closing statements • Monitor approvals • Verify wire instructions and coordinate funding • Support post-closing asset management activities, including deposits, memos, and refunds • Liaise with borrowers, advisors, legal counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field • 2–10 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, loan operations, or transaction management • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills • Strong multitasking skills
