• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and transaction coordination • Complete due diligence, regulatory, and procedural reviews • Order and review lien searches, credit reports, insurance, tax, and third-party reports • Prepare closing statements, monitor approvals, verify wire instructions, and coordinate funding • Support post-closing asset management activities, including deposits, memos, and refunds
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field • 2-5 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, loan operations, or transaction management • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
