📋 Description

• Define and maintain the IAM strategy, roadmap, and reference architecture for workforce, privileged, non-human, and application identities • Champion Zero Trust principles, strong authentication, continuous evaluation, least privilege, and just-in-time access • Align IAM programs with enterprise security architecture, cloud adoption, data protection, and digital transformation initiatives • Establish governance for identity lifecycle, access policies, and regulatory compliance • Own joiner–mover–leaver processes and provisioning/deprovisioning integrations • Implement RBAC/ABAC models, role mining, segregation of duties, and toxic combination controls • Govern federation standards, application onboarding, token lifecycles, and session management • Enforce credential vaulting, session recording, and just-in-time elevation for administrators and high-risk roles • Govern identities, roles, and policies across Azure, AWS, GCP, and SaaS platforms • Maintain IAM controls, prepare for audits, produce evidentiary artifacts, and manage remediation plans • Conduct access reviews, entitlement clean-up campaigns, and residual-risk reporting • Lead day-to-day IAM platform operations, availability, scalability, incident response, SLAs/OLAs, runbooks, and change management • Oversee identity data quality, directory hygiene, and deprovisioning efficacy • Coordinate with Security, HR, Legal, Compliance, IT Operations, application owners, and Data Governance • Communicate identity risks and trade-offs to executive stakeholders • Maintain user accounts and permissions for corporate and client systems • Resolve access-related issues within established SLAs and document resolutions • Benchmark IAM capabilities against industry best practices and drive maturity improvements • Conduct post-incident reviews and prioritize the continuous-improvement backlog • Perform other duties assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience • Typically 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or similar • Experience implementing SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, and PAM solutions • Experience managing JML identity lifecycle processes and integrating with HR systems and directories • Strong background in cloud identity management across Azure, AWS, and GCP • Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect federation protocols • Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages for IAM automation • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and modern authentication technologies • Familiarity with Zero Trust principles, identity threat detection, and risk-based access controls • Understanding of SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001 • Experience preparing for audits and maintaining evidentiary artifacts for IAM controls • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Windows operating systems including Windows 11 • Experience with IAM automation using PowerShell or Python • Ability to analyze complex identity challenges and develop strategic solutions • Skilled in troubleshooting identity-related issues and resolving conflicts professionally • Exceptional oral, written, and technical communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across IT, Security, and business teams • Ability to attend department-provided training • Ability to work shifts outside normal working hours • Ability to travel extensively in the event of a catastrophic event • Ability to be on call and support 24x7x365 operations • Ability to support planned and unplanned events
