📋 Description

• Perform Scrum Master duties for multiple teams • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove roadblocks • Lead and coach teams in self-organization using Scrum or Kanban practices • Facilitate informed decision-making and ensure alignment with priorities • Foster collaboration across functional areas and manage dependencies • Facilitate retrospectives and feedback sessions to promote continuous improvement • Manage Azure DevOps boards and established processes • Analyze data and create solutions to increase team productivity • Perform monthly project updates tracking the team development roadmap • Advocate automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency • Manage resource allocation, capacity, utilization, constraints, and bottlenecks • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines • Adjust plans and priorities in response to changing requirements • Coordinate activities among team members and stakeholders • Liaise between technical delivery teams and stakeholders • Provide project and development progress updates, milestones, and challenges • Keep technical documentation current with Product Owners, Technical Writers, and software developers • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans • Address issues and obstacles affecting product delivery • Perform other duties assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience • Typically 1+ years in an Associate-level role or external equivalent • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models • Extensive knowledge of agile and traditional project management principles and practices • Prior Scrum/Agile experience with enterprise-level application development projects • Agile certifications are a plus: PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe • Experience overseeing multifunctional project teams of 10–15 members, including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA personnel • Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for work-task management • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Project Portfolio Management tool experience is a plus • Experience working remotely • Household setup conducive to remote work
