📋 Description

• Own Ironclad configuration and improvements • Design integrations across Salesforce, Ironclad, and Workday • Build reporting and dashboards for department metrics and data governance • Maximize AI enablement with the department’s existing tools • Support the procurement systems roadmap • Lead and support Legal department initiatives involving Ironclad and business systems • Design, manage, and oversee integrations and data flows between Legal platforms and enterprise systems • Support end-to-end legal and contract lifecycle processes • Analyze, map, and validate data across multiple systems • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for reporting, compliance, and operational decision-making • Partner with Legal leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, define, and analyze departmental metrics and data inputs • Support data testing, validation, quality standards, controls, and governance practices • Enhance Legal operations, reporting, and insights through Legal systems and enterprise platforms • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience • Typically 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent • Experience supporting Legal operations, enterprise systems, data analysis, or system integrations • 5+ years’ experience in legal ops or systems integration • Experience with CLM, BI tools, AI tools and enterprise integrations required • Demonstrated experience working with legal and enterprise business platforms to support Legal department workflows, data management, reporting, and operational insights • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools, HR systems, CRM platforms, service management tools, and collaboration or content management platforms, including Ironclad, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
