📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the finance area and work independently on operational tasks. • Maintain the P&L, keep planned vs. actual figures up to date, and identify variances. • Build and continuously update cashflow planning. • Prepare monthly reports for owners and advisory boards. • Handle monthly accounting preparation in DATEV and work directly with the tax advisor. • Financially analyze product launches, marketing investments and scaling decisions. • Actively shape finance processes, automate where possible and close process gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, Controlling, Auditing or Business Informatics with a finance focus. • Ideally in or after the 4th semester. • Passion for numbers and interest in P&L, forecasts and financial models. • Willingness to take on responsibility from day one. • Initial practical experience in a tax firm, auditing, controlling or accounting is a clear plus. • Good Excel / Google Sheets skills. • Knowledge of pivot tables, VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH. • DATEV experience welcome but not required. • Ability to work independently and reliably.
