β’ Manage repairs, handle fleet inventory, and ensure accurate documentation for our vehicles β’ Perform daily fleet inventory checks β’ Assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs β’ Prepare new vehicles for rental, handling documentation and spare keys β’ Assist with vehicle disposal preparations β’ Support accident reporting and coordinate tag registrations and renewals for all vehicles
β’ High school diploma or GED β’ At least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment β’ Automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience preferred β’ Basic computer navigation skills β’ Familiar with Microsoft Office applications β’ Highly organized β’ Valid driverβs license with a clean driving record β’ Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
