📋 Description

• Manage repairs, handle fleet inventory, and ensure accurate documentation for our vehicles • Perform daily fleet inventory checks • Assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs • Prepare new vehicles for rental, handling documentation and spare keys • Assist with vehicle disposal preparations • Support accident reporting and coordinate tag registrations and renewals for all vehicles

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • At least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment • Automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience preferred • Basic computer navigation skills • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications • Highly organized • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
