📋 Description

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities • Support customers throughout their rental journey and maintain high service standards • Collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction • Oversee vehicle readiness, inventory management, service-partner coordination, and vehicle preparation for rental or disposal • Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform routine vehicle checks • Assist with driving and staging vehicles to maintain fleet efficiency and presentation • Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions • Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning

🎯 Requirements

• Persuasive, confident, and performance-driven sales approach • Strong customer service background • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences • Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation • Ability to quickly adapt to internal systems • Basic computer proficiency • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment • Ability to adjust to changing business needs • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays • At least 18 years old • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Valid driver's license with a clean record
