• Research technical topics and gather information from subject matter experts • Write, edit, and proofread technical documents, user guides, procedures, and other documentation • Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and consistent • Revise existing documents based on feedback and changing requirements • Maintain document organization and version control • Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality technical content • Compose and format quotes and proposals to maximize the company's chances of winning SDVOSB contract work • Ensure pricing volumes meet proposal format requirements
• College senior pursuing a degree in English, Communications, Technical Communication, or a related field (preferred but not required) • Completion of at least one Technical Writing course • Excellent written communication, grammar, and editing skills • Strong research and analytical abilities • Ability to organize complex information into clear, concise documentation • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments • Exceptional command of the English language • Ability to communicate technical information in an easy-to-understand manner • Expected qualified candidates may be asked to provide writing samples, each at least one and a half pages
