📋 Description

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective service on commercial solar systems • Lead pre- and post-energization commissioning activities • Troubleshoot inverters, DAS/SCADA systems, MET stations, trackers, and related equipment • Complete punch list walks and support project closeout • Prepare detailed service and commissioning reports • Train and mentor apprentice-level technicians • Coordinate with project teams, utilities, and asset owners during system energization • Support warranty, repower, and EPC projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial solar O&M and commissioning experience • Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent) • OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E • Experience with inverters, DAS/SCADA systems, SEL relays, and single-axis trackers • Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills • Ability to travel 100% nationwide for extended periods • Valid driver's license • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
