📋 Description

• Deliver wound, skin, and ostomy care in patients’ homes and nursing home/long-term care facilities • Perform advanced bedside and surgical procedures • Transition care delivery from hospitals and clinics to home health and long-term care settings • Participate in physician mentoring, training, and CME-approved activities • Help improve patient lives through mobile medicine delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Must have an active Medical License • Minimum of two full weekdays available • Full-time Monday through Friday physicians receive priority consideration • Board Certification/Eligibility is not required; training is provided
