📋 Description
• Edit high-converting video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google • Turn creative briefs into fast, compelling edits matching the hook, angle, and storyline • Create short-form direct-response ads, longer-form VSLs, and advertorial-style content • Collaborate with content creators, creative strategists, and media buyers to deliver high-performing assets • Contribute creative input during ad-concept brainstorming • Monitor platform trends, meme culture, and editing styles • Organize video assets, templates, and versioning for efficient turnaround • Iterate continuously based on performance data and feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Mandatory DTC e-commerce experience editing ads for ecommerce brands • Understanding of direct-response marketing • Performance-driven editing focused on retention, clicks, conversions, and purchases • Ability to deliver 5–10 creative briefs per week across different formats • Ability to edit videos ranging from 30-second ads to 2–3+ minute VSLs • Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality • Strong visual taste and polished, modern, engaging, conversion-focused edits • Ability to take feedback and execute independently • Organized and detail-oriented, with reliable deadline management and file organization
