📋 Description

• Build and maintain complete financial reporting infrastructure for the new iCasino division, including dashboards, recurring reports, and KPI tracking • Own data modeling through final reporting in Sigma and Oracle • Join and transform large, complex datasets using SQL, Snowflake, and dbt • Surface business insights and communicate findings to finance and business stakeholders • Design and develop BI solutions in Sigma • Implement and maintain best practices for internal and external Sigma environments • Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to solve business problems and build scalable solutions • Use GenAI tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to automate workflows and improve reporting efficiency • Train and mentor others on BI best practices and Snowflake and Claude functionalities • Stay current on data analytics and sports betting and gaming industry trends • Report to the Senior Manager of Financial Analytics and partner with engineering, finance, legal and compliance, operations, and commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an analyst role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Strong SQL skills working with large datasets • Experience with dbt Core or dbt Cloud • Proficiency with a BI/visualization tool such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar • End-to-end project ownership experience • Ability to communicate with engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders • Strong accountability and autonomy • Python for data wrangling and pipeline building (nice to have) • Experience with GenAI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, or GitHub Copilot (nice to have) • Gaming, casino, or sports betting industry experience (nice to have) • Startup or consulting background (nice to have) • Experience working alongside finance teams as a data practitioner (nice to have)
