📋 Description

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and operating model for Marketing Analytics • Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing Analytics organisation • Set priorities, build capability, and foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement • Own the executive narrative for analytics initiatives and translate complex findings into actionable insights • Advise senior leadership on Acquisition strategy and marketing investment decisions • Establish and evolve Marketing measurement frameworks, KPIs, experimentation, performance reporting, and scalable analytics capabilities • Champion AI and emerging analytics technologies to improve workflows, decision-making, impact, and efficiency • Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering • Champion data quality, governance, analytical excellence, trusted data, measurement, and reporting processes • Drive data-informed decision-making and empower stakeholders with insights, tools, and context • Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture • Perform hands-on analysis when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline • Significant experience leading large, high-performing analytics organisations • Demonstrated success influencing executive leadership and shaping business strategy through analytics • Experience leading leaders and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills • Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and practical analytics applications • Strong commercial acumen • Deep expertise in marketing measurement, customer acquisition, experimentation, and performance optimisation • Advanced SQL proficiency • Experience with modern cloud data platforms • Experience with Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field • Experience in sports betting and gaming is a strong advantage
