📋 Description

• Serve as the in-house subject-matter expert on solar inspections, SaaS, workflows, and customer needs • Join solar discovery, qualification, and solution-design calls as a subject-matter expert • Uncover customers’ technical, operational, and commercial needs • Shape solution proposals, scopes of work, and implementation plans • Develop and support customer pricing models • Provide technical solar support to Sales and Solutions teams • Develop preventative maintenance programs tailored to customer needs • Lead technical product demos for prospective customers • Support customer onboarding and implementation alongside Customer Success • Advise on inspection workflows, programs, data handover, reporting, and ongoing operations • Troubleshoot issues and refine workflows with Customer Success, Inspection Operations, and Delivery • Improve delivery playbooks and standard operating procedures • Lead data hand-off calls to communicate inspection results, insights, and actionable findings • Translate customer problems and use cases into product requirements and operational processes • Identify offering gaps and propose improvements • Partner with Product and Operations to prioritize enhancements and refine solution designs • Develop solar discovery frameworks and qualification templates • Create a customer use-case library • Document implementation and inspection workflows, roles, data flows, timelines, and dependencies • Produce sales and delivery enablement materials, including positioning guides, talk tracks, battlecards, objection handling, checklists, and project plans • Support training for Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical understanding of utility-scale solar, including solar asset management and field operations • Familiarity with utility-scale wind is a bonus • Experience working directly with solar customers, such as developers, IPPs, asset owners, or O&M providers • Experience in solution/software sales or customer-facing technical roles is ideal • Hands-on exposure to onboarding, implementation, or service delivery for solar technology, data, or software solutions • Ability to translate customer workflows into structured requirements and delivery processes • Comfortable joining customer calls, leading discovery, guiding onboarding, and contributing as a credible subject-matter expert • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to produce clear frameworks, documentation, and training materials • Ability to operate independently, prioritize impact, and collaborate across Sales, Solutions, Product, Operations, and Customer Success • Must be currently located in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this employer now and in the future without visa sponsorship
