📋 Description

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for scheduled and incoming transportation requests • Monitor active trips and coordinate drivers and passengers • Assign appropriate drivers and vehicles based on location, availability, and scheduling needs • Navigate maps, routes, locations, and local transportation logistics • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and transportation issues • Monitor operations and make quick decisions when adjustments are necessary • Communicate with customers regarding transportation needs, scheduling, and updates • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and service requests • Communicate with drivers regarding assignments, pickups, changes, and operational updates • Provide professional customer service and escalate complex situations when necessary • Enter, update, and maintain trip and customer information • Assist with scheduling and managing reservations • Maintain organized records and operational information • Support the owner and team with administrative and coordination tasks • React to cancellations, delays, scheduling conflicts, and unexpected issues • Anticipate logistical problems and manage multiple priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatching, transportation logistics, scheduling, or a similar operational role is strongly preferred • Experience with a car service, taxi service, limousine company, transportation company, delivery operation, or logistics organization is a significant advantage • Strong understanding of maps, routing, locations, and dispatch logistics • Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate naturally and clearly • Comfortable handling phone-based communication with customers and team members • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in real time • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling schedules and trip information • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace
