📋 Description

• Prepare detailed estimates for tile and related projects • Enter and maintain estimates using QuickBooks • Review project information, measurements, materials, labor requirements, and other relevant details • Calculate project costs and pricing accurately • Organize and maintain estimating documentation and records • Review estimates for accuracy and completeness before submitting them for approval • Communicate with the team to clarify project specifications, scope, pricing, or missing information • Adjust estimates as project details or requirements change • Maintain consistent estimating practices and follow established company processes • Meet deadlines and provide estimates in a timely manner • Assist with additional administrative or estimating-related tasks as needed • Take ownership of the estimating process and deliver accurate, professional estimates with limited oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Previous professional experience in construction estimating, preferably within tile, flooring, remodeling, or a related trade • Strong experience creating detailed project estimates • Proficiency with QuickBooks and experience using it for estimating or related financial/project functions • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to understand project scope, materials, labor, and associated costs • Highly organized with strong time-management skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Dependable, responsive, and able to meet established deadlines • Experience in tile installation, flooring, construction, remodeling, general contracting, construction estimating, or QuickBooks strongly preferred
