📋 Description

• Contact former and inactive Pest Plus customers using provided customer lists • Re-engage customers who canceled or stopped using Pest Plus services • Understand why customers left and tailor conversations accordingly • Present promotions, discounts, and service incentives to encourage customers to return • Research property information, including approximate property square footage • Communicate the value and benefits of Pest Plus services • Ask for and encourage customer reviews, including offering service credits when applicable • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up opportunities • Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversion opportunities • Meet activity and sales goals while maintaining a professional customer experience • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, understand customer needs, overcome objections, and ask for the sale • Track outbound activity, reactivation/conversion rate, returning customers, follow-up completion, sales generated, customer engagement, and record accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development experience • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Warm, confident, and professional phone presence • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections • Strong persuasion and closing skills • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and customer databases • Ability to research property information online • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote-work equipment • Experience in pest control, home services, or another recurring-service industry preferred • Previous experience with customer reactivation or win-back campaigns preferred • Outbound sales or call-center experience preferred • Experience working with CRM systems preferred • Proven track record of meeting sales or conversion targets preferred
