📋 Description

• Edit podcast episodes and long-form video content from raw footage through final delivery • Produce polished video content meeting YouStudio TV quality standards • Follow editing templates, formatting requirements, and brand guidelines • Manage multiple editing projects, deadlines, and production schedules • Work with footage and project files through cloud-based storage and collaboration systems • Organize raw footage, project files, exports, and production assets • Improve editing workflows and production efficiency • Collaborate with the YouStudio TV team to complete projects accurately and on time • Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining consistency and attention to detail • Help reduce the backlog of podcast episodes awaiting editing • Maintain quality across high-volume production • Communicate project progress, delays, technical issues, and additional needs • Support the development and scalability of YouStudio TV's production systems

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Video Editor • Strong experience editing podcasts, interviews, long-form content, or similar media productions • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro • Experience with additional professional video editing and production tools • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, audio synchronization, and visual flow • Experience editing multi-camera footage • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple projects • Experience managing large video files and organized file structures • Comfort with cloud-based storage and remote collaboration workflows • Ability to follow established templates, processes, and creative direction • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently without constant supervision • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness • Reliable computer capable of editing high-resolution video files • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Access to or experience with Adobe Premiere Pro • Experience with cloud storage platforms and remotely shared media files • Ability to upload and download large video files efficiently • Professional and reliable remote work environment
