• Review conversations with Ash, Slingshot AI's mental-health AI • Identify what is working and what is not in conversations • Compare observations with a small group of reviewers • Help define what constitutes a great Ash conversation • Complete a take-home sample task if shortlisted • Join the initial group of paid conversation reviewers

🎯 Requirements

• Work or have worked with people, such as in teaching, coaching, counselling, mentoring, customer support, or hospitality, or have studied psychology or education • Strong interpersonal judgement and attunement to others • Flexible, warm, honest, and confident approach • Clear writing in English • Enjoy thinking critically about why conversations are effective or ineffective • Must be 18 or over • Must be comfortable reading emotionally difficult content • Must write application answers without AI tools like ChatGPT
