📋 Description
• Design and build email, landing page, and SMS flows in Klaviyo • Write high-converting copy for email and SMS, using AI tools for drafting while owning strategy, editing, and final polish • Set up new automated flows and optimize the ones already running • Own performance against KPIs tied to sales conversion within Klaviyo
🎯 Requirements
• Strong technical fluency in Klaviyo — flows, segmentation, automation, optimization • Experience with a fashion e-commerce brand or similar niche • Both a creative and a technical mind — equally comfortable writing copy and building backend logic • Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow, with the judgment to refine and QA the output
