📋 Description

• Provide visual creative leadership and maintain brand standards. • Direct shoots and oversee creative production across all surfaces. • Manage a design team and maintain creative processes. • Resolve misalignment between creative and other departments. • Evolve the visual system for new categories and contexts.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience. • Strong enough design instincts to give the design team real creative direction. • Working fluency in both graphic design and UX/UI contexts. • Experience managing designers and creative oversight. • Good communication skills to write briefs and present ideas. • Must have a cat or be willing to get one.
