• Responsible for defining product vision, driving roadmap execution, and ensuring product investments deliver measurable value to customers and the business • Work closely with stakeholders across operations, analytics, engineering, clinical review, and executive leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and translate business needs into product solutions • Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations to drive successful outcomes • Partner closely with engineering and QA teams throughout the development process while maintaining accountability for product strategy, prioritization, and business impact • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives • Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and business needs through stakeholder engagement, research, and data analysis • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment • Develop business cases and success metrics for product investments • Maintain and evolve product roadmaps to support organizational priorities and changing market conditions • Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand needs and define product requirements • Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Lead product discovery efforts, including process analysis, workflow design, and feature validation • Partner with engineering and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related product leadership role within a B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software environment • Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps and delivering customer-facing software solutions • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile development practices, and software delivery processes • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable product specifications • Proven ability to prioritize competing requests and make data-driven decisions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate product performance and business impact • Experience working closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders • Hands-on experience with Jira or similar product management tools • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams without formal authority • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution excellence.
