📋 Description

• Lead product commercialization and sustain Aldevron’s Gene Editing Therapeutic product portfolio and services • Work cross-functionally to establish a market-leading position • Manage existing clinical and commercial products and services by executing commercial launches • Work with commercial teams and partners to maximize portfolio growth and differentiation • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, and other teams • Launch and manage gene editing products and services leveraging Aldevron’s manufacturing and CDMO expertise • Deliver differentiated messaging, value propositions, tactical marketing plans, collateral, and training tools • Develop plans and pricing strategies to forecast and achieve annual orders, revenue, and margin growth • Manage mid-to-late stage product and custom manufacturing service lifecycles through end-of-life strategy • Deliver sales training for new and on-market products • Support funnel and opportunity growth, key accounts, and key client discussions and escalations • Provide market, regulatory trend, and competitor analysis • Establish multi-year product forecasts and identify product improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. required • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing product manager or sales role • Minimum of 3 years of product management experience within life sciences or a related healthcare field • Experience managing products in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device-related field • Demonstrated success launching and sustaining excellent products • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including internationally • Strong cell and gene therapy, gene editing, and/or life science industry understanding preferred • Experience influencing Senior and Functional Leaders to lead change without direct supervisory leverage preferred • Experience working cross-functionally with a globally distributed team preferred
