📋 Description

• Define product vision and strategy based on company objectives, customer needs, and industry best practices • Partner with technical and product leaders to align strategy and platform investments • Understand customer subscription, licensing, provisioning, renewal, invoicing, and usage workflows • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Pricing and Packaging teams on go-to-market strategy • Evaluate and apply AI to improve customer experiences while ensuring accuracy, transparency, trust, and user control • Use AI tools for research synthesis, prototyping, analysis, documentation, and process automation • Present strategy, product concepts, and roadmaps to senior leadership • Partner with research, design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to create customer experiences and run experiments • Use internal and external data to guide decisions and evaluate success • Communicate strategy, product health, capabilities, experimentation status, and insights • Write product strategy, execution, and requirements documents • Operate at strategic and tactical levels and build strong cross-team partnerships • Support other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, user research and marketing teams • Experience delivering highly-complex consumer or B2B/enterprise software products from inception to launch • Experience with high-scale platforms and frequent product releases • Data-driven mentality with a focus on metrics, analytics and experimentation • Experience with agile development processes • Strong presentation skills to influence and align with senior management • Comfort using AI tools to augment day-to-day work and automate manual and repetitive processes • Sound judgment about incorporating AI into product features • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High interpersonal skills to build cross-team partnerships • Technical degree, or equivalent experience working with engineers to make product decisions on behalf of customers
