📋 Description

• Own a defined AMI product area (e.g., meter data, field operations, device events, or integrations). • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with program goals. • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate AMI workflows, interval data needs, and operational impacts. • Support integration work across MDMS, HES, CIS, OMS, ADMS, and related systems. • Participate in Agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retros. • Coordinate with the system integrator and technical teams to ensure solution alignment. • Support testing, validation, and release readiness activities. • Track dependencies, risks, and cross‑team impacts across AMI workstreams. • Provide clear communication on progress, blockers, and upcoming priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or hybrid PO/BA. • Experience supporting Smart Meter / AMI programs (AMI 1.0 or 2.0). • Strong understanding of meter data, interval data, and AMI workflows. • Ability to write high‑quality user stories and acceptance criteria. • Experience working with MDMS or HES (functional understanding; not architecture). • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
