• Provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support • Work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead • Ensure key deadlines are met • Ensure processes are thoroughly documented
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or a related field • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Selected applicant may be subject to a background investigation and/or education verification • SMX does not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization or immigration-related support for this position • Secret clearance level required
