📋 Description

• Coordinate university academic governance processes and support decision-making • Oversee academic program and policy proposal approval processes • Review submissions for required documentation, program review outcomes, and governance compliance • Manage proposal workflows in Kuali and track approval timelines • Resolve process issues and exceptions with department leaders • Coordinate agendas, meeting minutes, communications, and follow-up for academic governance committees • Promote communication between governance councils and identify process improvements • Review proposals and business cases for completeness and appropriate partner input • Maintain academic governance tools and systems supporting efficiency, accreditation compliance, and university policies • Support partners navigating academic governance processes • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of applicable work experience • Technical knowledge to help coordinate project teams • Employees must reside in, and work from, one of the approved states • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, properly equipped workspace that is free of distractions • Complete all required university training by established deadlines • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
