📋 Description

• Handle requests for new knowledge articles and enhancement requests for existing knowledge articles in ServiceNow • Develop and write new knowledge articles based on information provided in ServiceNow requests • Update existing knowledge articles using enhancement requests or routine article maintenance in ServiceNow • Communicate with subject matter experts from other teams to verify information using Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Outlook
