âą Handle requests for new knowledge articles and enhancement requests for existing knowledge articles in ServiceNow. âą Develop and write new knowledge articles based on information provided in New Knowledge article requests in ServiceNow. âą Update existing knowledge articles using information from Knowledge Enhancement requests or through routine article maintenance in ServiceNow. âą Communicate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from other teams to verify information provided in new knowledge requests or knowledge enhancement requests using platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Outlook.
