📋 Description

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of learning insights, intake and needs assessments, evaluation, reporting, and operational effectiveness practices • Partner with Learning Experience leaders and Center of Excellence team members on needs assessment, learning evaluation, and reporting • Collect, evaluate, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Apply established learning evaluation methodologies, including the Kirkpatrick Model and Phillips ROI Methodology • Maintain evaluation approaches, surveys, reports, dashboards, and insight summaries • Develop and deliver recurring reports and visualizations on learning performance, engagement, and outcomes • Serve as point of contact for Qualtrics and Workday and support Power BI, Brightspace, and other LMS capabilities • Translate data into insights and recommendations for decision-making and continuous improvement • Apply systems thinking to identify relationships and improvement opportunities • Contribute to standardized processes, documentation, and reporting practices • Support learning systems, reporting tools, and evaluation processes • Partner with People Analytics, People Team Technology, and Business Analytics on data integrity and reporting alignment • Support Talent Capability and Learning initiatives, university priorities, and cross-functional projects • Foster collaborative relationships and contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-informed decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of three years of experience in learning and development, analytics, reporting, organizational support, or related areas • Experience collecting, evaluating, and interpreting data to support insights and decision-making • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Experience with reporting tools, survey platforms, learning systems, or similar technologies, including Qualtrics, Brightspace, Compass (other LMS), Power BI, and Workday • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must reside in and work from one of the approved states • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, properly equipped workspace free of distractions
