📋 Description

• Engage students in an asynchronous and inclusive learning environment by providing guidance and resources in a pre-developed online course • Provide instruction, feedback, and experiential and application-based learning • Report to the faculty dean team • Respond to students within set timeframes and reach out to students needing additional support • Recognize student needs holistically and connect them with resources • Encourage participation, collaboration, and faculty-student relationships • Stay current in the field of expertise and share professional experience • Recommend relevant supplementary materials and explain complex topics accessibly • Evaluate student work and provide individualized, constructive feedback within set timeframes • Facilitate active participation in online discussions and promote an inclusive, engaging, respectful environment

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting from a regionally accredited higher education institution • 1 years or more of professional experience in accounting field • CPA preferred; please upload certification when applying • Doctorate preferred
