📋 Description

• Own strategy and performance across a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. • Set growth forecasts and paid social plans for each account. • Diagnose account constraints across offer, creative, and landing-page performance. • Build and oversee creative testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures. • Apply offer psychology and landing-page testing to improve performance. • Own new customer growth, MER, retention, and other commercial outcomes. • Lead account planning and recommend initiatives for customer acquisition, efficiency, and profitable growth. • Work with Growth Executives to implement strategic recommendations. • Analyse performance across Meta, TikTok, Triple Whale, Shopify, and reporting platforms. • Monitor ROAS, CAC, MER, NC-ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency. • Develop recovery plans for underperforming accounts. • Partner with Creative Strategists on messaging, hooks, formats, offers, and content themes. • Use consumer insights and campaign learnings to influence creative direction. • Use AI tools daily for research, ideation, analysis, and operational efficiency. • Act as the primary day-to-day strategic contact for assigned clients. • Lead performance reviews, planning sessions, and strategy discussions. • Present commercially focused recommendations and drive client retention. • Mentor and support Paid Social Managers and Media Buyers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of paid social experience within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment. • Proven track record of scaling brands through Meta and TikTok advertising. • Deep understanding of paid social strategy, customer acquisition, creative testing methodologies, and full-funnel growth planning. • Strong commercial acumen connecting marketing performance to wider business objectives and growth outcomes. • Proven experience developing account strategies that improve customer acquisition efficiency, increase revenue, and drive sustainable growth. • Advanced analytical capabilities using Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, Meta, and TikTok reporting environments. • Excellent client-facing communication skills. • Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior team members. • Strong project management and organisational skills. • Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of performance outcomes. • Passion for growth marketing, innovation, and helping clients and colleagues succeed.
