📋 Description

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost plans, and tender documents. • Perform take-offs and measurements from drawings/specifications. • Aid in administering contracts and managing variations and payments. • Support cost monitoring, budget tracking, and cash flow forecasting. • Assist in procuring materials and subcontractors, including price comparisons. • Liaise with site teams, clients, and consultants. • Identify potential cost risks and opportunities for value engineering. • Utilize QS software for efficient project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Minimum two (2) years of experience in cost estimating • Data Centre experience is a plus! • Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) • Knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends. • Team player with clear verbal and written communication • Organized and detail oriented • Field experience is a plus • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and writing).
