• Develop Sobi’s presence and recognition as a credible partner within the rare disease community • Develop relationships with physicians, authorities, patient access colleagues, DACH staff and headquarters staff • Propose and implement market access strategies and tactics for launched Sobi products in the DACH region • Identify pricing and positioning opportunities and threats for Haemophilia, Haematology and Immunology products • Collaborate with finance, sales and patient access on pricing and reimbursement offers and economic impact • Monitor the competitive environment and develop pricing and contracting strategies • Execute and negotiate pricing and contracting strategies with sick funds and physician associations • Produce and analyse contract- and payer-specific reports • Develop consultative relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders • Identify and engage national and regional pricing and reimbursement authorities • Track legislative and sick fund changes affecting Sobi’s business • Develop and drive local real-world evidence and HEOR strategy and publication plans • Collaborate with Marketing and Patient Access on materials, fact sheets, cost calculators and selling tools • Support AMNOG processes for pre-launch products, including reimbursement strategies, dossiers and benefit assessments • Propose, coordinate and lead AMNOG negotiations with GKV-SV
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Economics, Public Health, or a related field • Internship or academic experience in market access, health economics, pricing & reimbursement, or healthcare policy is an advantage but not required • Ability to demonstrate behaviors aligned with Sobi’s core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership • Willingness to travel occasionally for internal and external meetings, trainings and conferences
