📋 Description

• Execute primary risk management for live sports events, controlling bet flows and monitoring customer activity to protect margins • Analyze customer betting patterns and market trends in real time to identify suspicious activity, fraud, or arbitrage attempts • Respond to live sports events and breaking news by adjusting odds, match limits, and risk parameters • Control match publications, booking schedules, and limit configurations across provider consoles and internal trading tools • Configure and manage third-party provider consoles such as LSport, modify templates, read data feeds, and resolve functional data errors • Process technical tickets and operational requests from internal teams and B2B partners within target response times • Collect and organize trading data to support improvement, testing, and sorting of internal trading software and reports • Resolve live trading issues by creating technical tickets, finding workaround solutions, and maintaining match uptime • Support junior traders and new team members with daily procedures and console troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ months of experience in a sports trading / feed trader role, or progression from a Junior Feed Trader position • Deep knowledge of sports trading principles, odds movement, betting markets, and risk management frameworks • Ability to make split-second, autonomous decisions and manage risk during high-pressure, real-time live events • Hands-on experience navigating 3rd-party provider consoles such as LSport, managing match bookings, and configuring templates • Proficiency in analyzing sports market data, identifying suspicious betting patterns, and utilizing antifraud tools • Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel and data sorting techniques • Good written communication skills in Ukrainian and English • Nice-to-have: agility in discovering new live trading opportunities and tracking competitor margin strategies • Nice-to-have: experience training or supporting newcomer traders on operational workflows and platform consoles • Nice-to-have: familiarity with creating structured tickets for product teams to improve internal trading tools
