⢠Drive enterprise revenue growth by personally securing and closing high value opportunities while helping build a world class sales organization capable of scaling globally. ⢠Source, develop, and close high value opportunities with large enterprise customers. ⢠Own strategic sales cycles end to end, from initial outreach through contract execution. ⢠Partner closely with the CEO on the company's largest opportunities and play an active role in defining account strategy. ⢠Create pipeline rather than relying exclusively on inbound demand through industry events and strategic partnerships. ⢠Represent the company at conferences, customer meetings, and executive roundtables around the world. ⢠Provide leadership and support to the sales team by coaching deal strategy and driving accountability. ⢠Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to translate feedback and commercial opportunities into action.
⢠At least 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales. ⢠Proven track record of personally closing large enterprise deals, ideally with consumer brands, retail, ecommerce, healthcare, fitness, travel, media, or entertainment companies. ⢠Experience selling six and seven figure contracts. ⢠Highly entrepreneurial with a strong ownership mindset and willingness to roll up their sleeves. ⢠Exceptional relationship builder with strong executive presence. ⢠Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment with significant autonomy. ⢠Willing to travel internationally and represent the company at customer meetings and industry events. ⢠Strong preference for candidates who have experience selling to large consumer facing brands and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
