📋 Description

• Own and drive the product roadmap and KPIs • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact • Design, launch, and analyze experiments (A/B testing) • Monitor key metrics and optimize landing performance • Define requirements for new platform features • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, development, and analytics teams • Present results to stakeholders and align on priorities • Strengthen product processes and delivery culture

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product strategy and roadmap ownership • Strong prioritization and data-driven decision-making skills • Hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing tools • Solid understanding of product metrics, unit economics, and digital marketing • Experience with analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting • Understanding of frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JS), APIs, and tracking • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or similar tools • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user journey design
