📋 Description

• Develop strong, growing digital communities for well-known brands as work becomes available • Interact with users in real time • Answer questions and appropriately engage in discussions • Troubleshoot user issues • Follow client brand voice and moderation guidelines • Work on project-based, temporary, or part-time moderation assignments • Support social media agency clients, including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level understanding of Hindi language • Deep understanding of Hindi pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang • Ability to understand the client's brand voice and accurately engage with users • Previous social media moderation experience is required • Live stream moderation experience is a plus • Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to follow clear guidelines and workflows • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent spelling and grammar skills; skills and/or language test may be given to final candidates • Strong willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach • High energy and ability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization • Knowledge of major social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 13 • Personal internet speed of at least 150 Mbps • Must be eligible to work in the United States • Must be able to use a personal computer for work purposes
