• Execute principal delivery responsibilities for our largest and most complex client engagements, leading multiple delivery resources on the solutions you craft for clients • Assess skillsets and identify knowledge gaps for delivery resources on your immediate project team • Accountable for annual revenue targets; influencing bookings through strategic presales advisory and identifying add-on services across all project phases • Own the C-suite relationship for our largest clients, acting as a principal advisor for AI adoption, organizational change management, and long-term business goals • Lead and drive the "agentization" and evolution of the AI & Workforce Consulting delivery methodology, ensuring Softchoice maintains a competitive edge in the market • Architect ROI-focused business cases for large-scale AI initiatives, enabling executive stakeholders to justify investments • Manage quality delivery by performing oversight and final QA on Statements of Work (SOWs) and strategic project documentation to ensure that technical solution architecture reflects business goals and addresses business challenges • Own the identification of market trends to develop new cross-practice offerings and special projects that expand the AI Solutions portfolio
• Undergraduate degree required (business or technology preferred) • An MA, MBA, or MSc beneficial • Certifications in User Adoption & Change Management, Organizational Change Management, Project/Program Management, or other related IT or management consulting disciplines are considered valuable • Practical experience (15+ years) in business advisory and/or consulting within IT • Demonstrated practical experience for a minimum of 10 years, providing advisory services in the fields of User Adoption and Organizational Change Management, Business Consulting, and technical advisory • Proven track record of gaining "trusted advisor" status with executive-level management (CIO/CTO/CEO) • Demonstrated success in meeting revenue or influenced-sales targets within a professional services environment
