📋 Description

• Own and manage the Product Backlog for each phase of the project • Write clear, measurable, and testable acceptance criteria • Prioritize features and make scope decisions for successful MVP delivery • Maintain a decision log documenting 'Manual Now vs. Automate Later' trade-offs • Define objective quality metrics for AI agent behavior with the Tech Lead and Agent Quality/Evals team • Enforce scope discipline and prevent scope creep • Coordinate working sessions with SMEs, stakeholders, and design partners • Manage executive expectations and facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, and business teams • Translate PRDs and PDDs into user stories ready for development • Identify dependencies, prioritize work, and organize incremental releases

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role delivering enterprise B2B technology products • Proven experience managing product backlogs in Agile environments, including Scrum and/or Kanban • Ability to write clear, concise, testable user stories and acceptance criteria • Experience working closely with engineering teams and technical platform products • Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence products, LLMs, or AI agent-based systems • Strong prioritization, decision-making, and product management skills • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and aligning executive expectations • Advanced conversational English (B2 or higher)
