📋 Description

• Establish and nurture strong long-term relationships with clients and key people on the client’s side • Understand client business specifics and how it operates • Identify potential issues and problems facing the client’s business and propose solutions in collaboration with the team and client’s key people • Create the client’s development plan and strategy • Ensure general client satisfaction and growth in close collaboration with the casino platform team • Resolve ongoing issues and problems • Forecast and track key project metrics

🎯 Requirements

• English B2 • Russian B2 • Strong communication, negotiation and team collaboration skills • Strong knowledge of IT industry and how the major processes function • 2+ years in account management and/or customer success management • Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients
