📋 Description

• Learn Solace's proprietary system, tools, technology, and expectations, while also providing your unique experience in every interaction. • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, where listening and empathy are the foundation for every interaction. • Be able to identify and prioritize patients’ needs and build out a care plan to ensure consistent action over time. • Develop comprehensive patient care plans that holistically address social determinants of health, i.e. food resources, transportation access, and support at home.

🎯 Requirements

• LPN/LVN license in good standing. • Experience working with diverse patient populations. • Empathy: As an experienced LPN/LVN, you care deeply about people and have a drive to fight for those who can't fight for themselves. • Clinical and Organizational Skills: You can balance multiple tasks and work under pressure. • Technical Adaptation: You're able to learn new systems quickly and efficiently. • A Bias Toward Action: When you see something needs to get done, you step in and take care of it. • Applicants must be based in the United States.

• This is a 1099 contractor position. • As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, and this is not a benefitted role. Compensation is fixed and not open to negotiation.
