📋 Description

• Learn Solace's proprietary system, tools, technology, and expectations, while also providing your unique experience in every interaction. • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, where listening and empathy are the foundation for every interaction. • Be able to identify and prioritize patients’ needs and build out a care plan to ensure consistent action over time. • Develop comprehensive patient care plans that holistically address social determinants of health, i.e. food resources, transportation access, and support at home.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. • Experience working with diverse patient populations. • Empathy: You care deeply about people and have a drive to fight for those who can't fight for themselves. • Clinical and Organizational Skills: As an experienced RN, you can balance multiple tasks and work under pressure. • Technical Adaptation: You're able to learn new systems quickly and efficiently. • A Bias Toward Action: When you see something needs to get done, you step in and take care of it.

🏖️ Benefits

• This is a 1099 contractor position. • Part-time advocates (15 – 25 hours/week) earn approximately $2,600–$4,600 per month. • Full-time advocates (30 - 40+ hours/week) earn approximately $5,400–$7,900 per month. • As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, and this is not a benefitted role.
