📋 Description
• Set the creative direction for our brand and projects. • Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral. • Create a collaborative environment for the creative team to work in. • Oversee brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels. • Collaborate with other departments to develop innovative solutions. • Evaluate and, if necessary, alter the content of projects before completion.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chief Creative Officer or similar leadership role. • Demonstrable experience in developing successful creative campaigns. • Excellent leadership and organizational abilities. • Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetic trends. • Superior interpersonal and communication skills. • BSc/BA in Advertising, Fine Arts, Design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
