📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's diversity initiatives. • Identify systemic issues and propose solutions that promote diversity and inclusion. • Facilitate respectful and productive conversations around diversity within the organization. • Organize training and development programs to educate employees about diversity and inclusion. • Collaborate with HR to ensure hiring practices are non-discriminatory. • Prepare reports and metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of diversity programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Diversity Officer or similar role. • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful diversity initiatives. • Strong understanding of current diversity and inclusion concepts and best practices. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
