• Engage in value-added relationships with fleet vendors • Research and apply best practices to fleet-related projects • Respond to employee requests for immediate support • Update and organize applicable databases • Organize and analyze multiple data points for company vehicles • Main contact for vehicle ordering, planning, logistics, and maintenance • Oversee fleet operations including vehicle administration and servicing • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 5-7 years of professional experience including at least 4 years in Fleet Management • Strong knowledge of fleet operations, fleet policies, and vehicle leasing practices • Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish preferred
